The Mastermind GT is the result of years of research and development, using modern technology to create what we believe is the best MIDI foot controller ever made. It's popular with guitarists, DJs, keyboardists, producers and more. The Mastermind GT series is very popular with Kemper and Fractal Axe-Fx users, and we're also seeing quite a few users running it with Ableton, Logic and other DAW software.

By adding a display over every button, we've made it possible to have a fully configurable MIDI controller. Any button can be assigned to any function, and colors and button text are fully configurable by the user. Buttons can send multiple MIDI messages of several types, and there can be up to 16 pages of buttons so you will always have access to all of the functions your rig has available.

Add in other features such as user upgradeable firmware, USB thumb drive support and built-in support for many popular MIDI devices, and you can see why there has been so much buzz about this product.

16 buttons, with an LCD display over every button. Any button can be set to perform any function (preset, IA, bank up/down, tap tempo, etc.) and the LCD will indicate what the button does. No more board tape!

Ferrari of MIDI Foot Controllers

This device is one of the most solid, well designed pieces of MIDI equipment I’ve come across. The product is extremely high quality and the profiler software for programming it is also intelligently put together. Furthermore, the small staff at RJM was very kind and went well out of their way to help me complete this project. My only two gripes would have to be that the devices do not appear to include any kind of road-worthy protective case and their availability seem to be very limited. Nevertheless I will be purchasing more of these in the future.

I'm using the mastermind GT 16 and hope to up grade to the GT 22 soon as it is available ,I'm using with the axe-fx 3 fractal audio guitar processer which works really well once u have the axe-fx 3 midi settings right ,once corrected that it worked like a charm no problems at all ,and ron at RJM MUSIC was a great help.

I'm still in the honeymoon phase, but this controller is fabulous. This will probably be the last controller I ever need. RJM customer service is just as awesome as their products.
