Shipping & Returns
During the COVID-19 pandemic, we can only accept returns for products that are defective. Defective products will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. All products have the same 3 year warranty as before. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have a product that needs repair.
Orders are typically shipped within 2 business days. If you need an order shipped faster than that, please contact us and we'll try to help you.
Some products are made to order. These products typically take 1 to 2 weeks to build. Cables and some other products are built to order. Please check the product description carefully - we will note availability of each product in its detail page.
We are happy to ship internationally, although the customer is responsible for paying any duties, taxes or other fees imposed by your country. We can not reduce the declared value of your shipment or otherwise falsify customs documents. Please don't ask.
