Phantom Power Boxes

Phantom power boxes for use with our Mastermind GT or LT MIDI controllers.

1 input phantom power boxes take a 5-pin MIDI connection and a DC power connection and combine the two input a single 7-pin MIDI + phantom power output. This allows you to run a single cable from the box to your Mastermind, no separate power connection needed. These work well with the Axe-Fx and Axe-Fx II and most other MIDI devices.

2 input phantom power boxes take two 5-pin MIDI connections and a DC power connection and combine them all into a single 7-pin MIDI + phantom power output. These are used with MIDI devices that communicate with the Mastermind using two cables (input and output), such as the Axe-Fx III, FM3, and Kemper Profiler. These can be used to combine the two MIDI connections into one bidirectional MIDI connection, or to combine both MIDI connections and power into one bidirectional MIDI connection with phantom power.

Both types of phantom power boxes also offer an optional locking XLR-6 MIDI connector as a more rugged option to the 7-pin MIDI connector. We sell XLR-6 to 7-pin MIDI cables, and the Mastermind GT/22 has XLR6 connectors built in.
